Terrible experience - rather buy online

<p>Extremely terrible customer service.<br />I bought a Solar panel, charge controller, cable and connectors. The one connector supp**** cam incomplete, and on telling Lionel the sale consultant, the response was, 'it costs me more to drive to Randburg' than the cost of the connection. Eventually he 'got it couriered'... Waiting at my office, for it to be delivered... He said he would follow up for me... Nothing!<br />Eventually I called him again, and he said it should have been there already, so he advised me to wait no longer... I leave for a camping trip of over a week with no electricity...<br />If you looking for friendly professional advice, DO NOT use ***y solar... Rather order online, atleast you will get what you paid for.</p>
