Absolutly appalling in every department

This institution is an absolute joke, from day one all I got was bad service, from 2 years nagging them for my certificate, to bad service from the ever changing staff at the company. No one knows what they are doing here. I have called numerous times all stating they will send you an email to advise you of the process of your credits, almost costing me my job. Even trying to speak to a manager is an absolute fail, not only do they cheek you, the speak to you like you are a child and the put the phone down in your ear, I spent a lot of money with this institution and all I got was a slap in the face, for anyone trying to get their credits in the insurance, or retail industry, they might be part of the sewells group but rather consider an alternative company as they really are horrific.
