BOUGHT NEW faulty from day 1 NO satisfaction

Purchased a brand new Singer sewing machine on 27 March 2015 for my wife. On the 28th the machine was returned as everytime she wanted to sew it broke the needles. Sew Much Better (Jacques) has replaced the bobbin casing because the needles that broke damaged the casing they were hitting the bobin casing, Jacques repaired he said. Day two while sewing oil/ grease was seeping onto the material. returned again to Sew Much Beter Jacques said that the machines are packed with grease when they arrive, he cleaned that up.
