Weeks late and no proper contact

Ordered from them and paid and confirmed order by 21 April 2025. As per their terms and conditions on their website it should be completed in 6 business weeks. It is now more than 8 business weeks, and I still have not recieved any contact from them where I did not specifically asked. And even then just will get back by the end of the week, none of those contacts recieved. Taking legal steps now as we paid a lot of money, and they inspire zero confidence that they will have the products I ordered and paid for done before the rapidly approaching due date. Order at least a year in advance and it might be fine, but following their recommendations will get you in trouble.
