Terrible

Sew just more provides personalized baby bedding. I ordered from them and enquired around the due dare when I will receive my bedding set where they were rude and blamed loadshedding as if no one experience loadshedding with them. Then when receiving my bedding it was not specified that it does not include an inner whete the invoice clearly states it comes with an inner and when I enquired about this they wete once again rude and said it costs extra but on emails they said it does not cost extra. According to my knowledge when an invoice states what is included and I pay for it I am supposed to receive it and be treated fairly as I was never rude to the person on the other side
