STAY AWAY - WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!

Jacques a word of advise when you run a business you do not make excuses no matter what, YOU do not bring your personal problem and challenges into any conversation, be professional and DO THE RIGHT THING ! take less orders and fill them honorably do what you say! People are paying you their hard earned money! Complete my order as promised or refund me! On the 19 March I paid for an order for my Grandson's nursery the value of the order is over R4000 , the invoice indicated the 23 items would be ready by the 8 May 2024. On the 24th April i followed up i was advised the order would only be ready a week later, at the time i thought okay not a problem i would still have the items before my grandson is born. I followed up again on the 11th May and all sorts of excuses were given, i was told no it would only be ready the following week. I asked for a refund and was told no they don't give refunds work has already been done.

I then started looking on social media and saw the reviews on hello Peter - this business is not registered with Google for google reviews and FB page is not activated for reviews. Not easy for people to make an informed decision before placing an order.

I left messages and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service levels and i was blocked from Face book, they do not believe people have the right to express that their service is absolutely shocking and i was blocked from the Whats App i tried to follow up again today on my order, they dont answer the phone.

today is the 13th June 2024 and i still have not received the items i ordered. This is the worst experience i have ever encountered and well the service is just non existent. Unfortunately it is people like this that give small home business a bad name! STAY AWAY from these horrible people, they truly do not deserve the business they get, people are ******* by the website which clearly indicated LEAD TIME AS 6 WORKING WEEKS.

I have also left a review on Palm Lakes Lifestyle Estate Google account as this is where this business operates from! Hopefully someone will intervene so others do not need to experience such a ********** experience.
