Poor Service

I wish to warn any potential customer not to deal with the Sew Just more entity. You will receive empty promises, weekly excuses, and a very bad attitude from the owner.

I paid my deposit for baby duvet sets on the 20th of January 2025, their Invoice *** indicating the due date for delivery as 10.03.2025.

I approved the designs that was sent via Whats App on 27.01.2025 .

On the 11th of March 2025 I enquired as I did not receive any further feedback nor delivery of my order, and I was informed that my order will be finalised the following week, however as at Thursday, 20.03.2025, still no updates and no delivery, and again informed that only the following week or the week thereafter. I indicated that I needed my order for a baby shower on 29.03.2025, and I was very rudely told that I should have informed them about my baby shower date, however their due date on their invoice clearly indicating 10.03.2025, which is way before my baby shower, this wouldn't have been a problem.

The owner of this business is EXTREMELY rude to say the least, when I advised that their service is unacceptable and advising of my intention to write a review on Hello Peter, he send me a circus song, screaming in the back It's a Circus, not once did he apologise for not meeting their deadline or for the delay. As at date hereof no further feedback, no delivery of order, further empty promises to provide me with an update on Monday 24.03.2025, which I again didn't receive. I doubt whether I will get this order ever, and I wish to warn other consumers to STAY AWAY, this is the worst experience and the business owner is extremely RUDE to say the least. Read all other complaints on Hello Peter prior making a decision to deal with this business. You will have regrets, guaranteed ! The owner also indicated that Hello Peter platform doesn't like positive reviews they are single sided and single minded and motivate people to "tantrum. Safe yourself a lot of trouble and purchase elsewhere.
