I wish everyone reads this !

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Just sew more. The communication was non-existent from start to finish. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone, and when I finally did, their responses were vague and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, none of the agreed-upon deadlines were met. I am still waiting on my baby's bedding I ordered over 11 weeks ago, and according to the T's and C's it only takes 6 weeks. I was repeatedly assured that my project would be completed on time, but it ended up being delayed by several weeks with only excuses and no apology. Till today I am still waiting and praying that I get my products I have Paid over R 4000 for !! My child has been born in the meantime and by the time I get my stuff he would probably not even need some of it anymore!

Overall, this is a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this to anyone who values timely and clear communication.
