DO NOT Order from here - Dishonest Delivery Times

I am so sorry I didn't see these reviews before ordering! I was once again told delivery would be received yesterday and again - nothing! I ordered on 3 April and was quite happy with expectation of 6 working weeks and fully advertised on the page for delivery - as I wanted to gift this to my daughter at least a month before her surgery so she could enjoy it. As of today, 3 July - nothing. Not even a message to say it's not coming. He ignores messages requesting follow up until you get upset then he sends a response. That is 3 full months and Jacques feels he is fully entitiled to take as long as he wants to send an order. He has nothing but excuses and takes no accountability for his false advertising. Once he has your money he thinks he can hold you to ransom and refuse a refund because the work is personalised - not for one second realising that customers have rights for non-delivery. If I can help more moms not go through this devastating experience I will - DO NOT ORDER from this place ! Every delay is actually a lie - don't fall for this as you can see from the other complaints he does this all the time! Anyone running a half decent business would be honest about their lead times. And to make this worse this stuff is for kids. My daughter is so disappointed and it's hard to explain that someone would do this to her.
