'We made a mistake'

Avoid this removal company at all cost. Their staff has a don't care attitude and is incompetant. Bought a product in the US based on their written quote that they can import it at a certain cost. Days later they informed me that they've made a mistake. They didnt realise that an electronic organ uses electricity ! and they dont import electronic items into South Africa. They acknowleged that that they've made a mistake but that was it. The SA office and management in the UK thereafter avoided any contact.
