Very positive moving experience with Seven Seas. We used their Move Cube service from South Africa to the UK. As long as one follows the extensive guidelines provided online and takes a detailed approach it all runs very smoothly. The tracking is great. Collection and delivery staff were incredible, very friendly and very helpful. Only challenge is the need to work through the call centre with a variety of different people if there are any issues along the way. One port of contact is always preferred. However, that said, all the people we spoke to were efficient and got things sorted and could see our previous interactions on the system. The same goes for email interaction. Well done Seven Seas. Would definitely recommend your services to others making the move.
