Useless insurance
We have used this company to move our stuff from South africa back to europe . They forced us to take an insurance, but we had a very bad surprise when we claimed about lots of our items that had been broken... We were only covered for *****t they said.... So we have paid (R4500/280euros) for nothing... No commercial gesture, no compensation, nothing...and the total bill was 3000 euros... Now they are ignoring our emails...

Our Baggage service is a self packing service and, though we offer advice on how best to pack the boxes we cannot take responsibility for how the boxes are actually packed. We offer free boxes, bubble wrap and tape to assist with safe and secure packing.
We do not force anyone to take insurance but we do recommend to all customers that they take out insurance on their shipments. There are two types of insurance. Basic protects you in the event of the loss of all or some of the boxes, bags and suitcases that you send through us. Premier protects you in the event of loss, as described for Basic, and also damage to the contents of your boxes, bags and suitcases.
We assume that you selected Basic but your entire shipment was delivered to your destination address.
