Useful digital portal, smooth service would recommend

Once the process was underway the digital tracker on the portal kept me updated all along the journey. The team is a very busy team, you face long telephone delays to get in-person/telephone support when you need to understand something. I'd hoped once I'd paid that it would trigger delivery. Pleasingly the delivery was smooth once arranged.
