They lost our booking/ collection, have taken our money and do not respond to calls
We made a booking for move cube collection tomorrow 25th May. We have paid and confirmed our booking with Tiaan at the johannesburg office.
My wife phoned last week to confirm out collection date , the call center committed to getting back to us with confirmation. She received no such call
My wife called today to try and confirm the collection which is now for tomorrow and the call centre says that our booking does not exist and no one answer the phone at the Johannesburg office. Tomorrow we have to out of our house and have no where to take out belongings. I am terribly disappointed with Seven seas, it seems that you cannot rely on them or trust their service.

24 May 2021, 13:21 So they eventually contacted us( Tiaan) who referred to his manager Wendy and ahve have basically said, "tuff luck'. They will come on another day ( 4 days from now) , or we must drop off at their depot, or not at all. Waste of money with these imbeciles
