Terrible terrible service

My husband and I relocated and shipped all our personal items to the UK. The items arrived and 3 out of 11 boxes were completely smashed-around R7000 damage. Although we did not take out their premium insurance, the company refuses to take resposibility for the vast amount of items broken. We would never have sent our items if we knew we would have to replace everything when we got there. Furthermore, we would have appreciated the company letting us know that items get broken and they should have advised us to take out the premium insurance as all items in the boxes were clearly listed. We are disgusted in this service and will never send anything with them ever again.
