SO FAR SO GOOD!

I am in the process of shipping boxes from the UK to South Africa. I have heard positive reviews of SevenSeas from friends (shipping between the USA, UK, and South Africa). So far I have had a positive and seamless experience. First, my boxes from the company arrived on time (at the address listed) and they went extra lengths to deliver my boxes despite noone being home. Second, the driver (although understandably stretched for time) waited for me to finish properly labelling and packing my boxes. Finally, customer service have been very communicative as I was completing insurance, storing my boxes before shipping,a and finally notifying me that the boxes have been loaded in a container and are awaiting shipping to South Africa. I will know in several week whether everything truly goes off as advertised!!
