Seven Seas Worldwide - Horrific Service

Absolutely Shocking service received, booking of delivery was done a week ago after goods took over a month to "clear" customs, on day of delivery the call center is unable to provide me a tracking number as to where the goods possibly are and that I will basically just have to wait and see. Absolutely shocked at the lack of care from the people on the other side of the phone. Would never recommend use of them again. 6 months to ship 6 boxes from SA - NL.
