Great to work with. Communication was good throughout the process. Tracking the shipment was easy. The delivery driver was top-notch. Online booking and website issues at the beginning. In the booking/confirmation stage, it could be clearer which areas are within pickup range and which are only depot deliveries. Visibility and or prompts on the webpage might work for first-time users.

The depot visit was set up to allow those who live outside the range of our vehicles to be able to visit our depot and pack their MoveCube.
