Seven Seas - what an amazing company

Covid related delays resulted in my box taking 3 months to arrive in SA. I was kept updated on progress regularly. it was a pleasure dealing with this company. Whether it was via email or often over the phone, every single staff member was courteous, patient and extremely helpful. The process was easy to follow and worked flawlessly. It isn't often that you deal with a company that operates at this level of efficiency and client care.
