Poor service
We were informed that shipping will be delivered from Cape Town harbour to our home in Cape Town. Instead these cheap skates shipped it to Joburg from Cape Town, to be cleared by customs. There is no custom s in Cape Town.

21 Sept 2023, 09:58Please accept our apologies for your misunderstanding but all shipments imported into South Africa are delivered in the maritime container and cleared at our Hub in Johannesburg and then redistributed to our depot closest to your address. This allows us to be operationally efficient even though it costs more to move containers inland.
You were never informed your shipment arrived in Cape Town harbour, we are not currently using that port owing to severe congestion.
