Pathetic Shipping service by Seven Seas Worldwide

We shipped a large move cube from Cape Town to Sydney. From the time our cube was collected until it arrived was almost 4 months. Not only did our cube take forever, but when it got delivered we had the horrible experience of finding things totally destroyed. We took out insurance as we were instructed by Seven Seas to do so. They actually use insurance to hike the price. We paid more than 10% extra for insurance on our initial R30 000 quote. In the end we were told that nothing is covered as the insurance only covered us if the entire cube was lost at sea. ****************. Please do not use this company. There are way better alternatives out there.
