When you decide to emigrate, moving your personal belongings become a big part of the story. We looked at a few companies and eventually decided on Seven Seas Worldwide.

All our questions and requests were answered fully and professionally. We were kept in the loop on where our container is with their tracking functionality and even with COVID-19 causing our container to be delayed by 5 months (the South African governments fault), we were still held up to date with when expected shipping dates would be.

They were also very accommodating when we asked for a bigger MoveCube at the drop-off depot, as my measurements at home was a bit of.

All our items arrived with no damage, and nothing is missing. The driver was also a very friendly chap who explained the whole unloading process and was really professional and helpful while unpacking.

We also had to change our delivery address since we weren't sure where we would stay. This was as simple as an email, and, although the initial address was wrong when they notified us delivery will happen, this was also quickly (5 minutes) fixed when we notified them that we requested an address change.

I can highly recommend Seven Seas. If I should ever move again, I'll definitely make use of their services again.
