Outstanding service

I experienced a delay with the delivery of my shipment due to customs and as a result my shipment will be arriving in SA after i leave for the UK. I raised this with Seven Seas and instead of the usual shoulders up not our problem attitude of todays society they instead stepped up to the plate and came up with a solution. MAtt from the UK office contacted me personally and discussed the options with me and I have to say he was efficient and helpful. It is by far the bets service i have received so far in a long time.
