Mind at ease
Seven Seas Customer Service South Africa is fantastic. Their CSR put my mind at ease regarding insurance and helped me to track my two boxes from Hong Kong to Cape Town immediately. I also receive consistent updates on the status of my shipment via email. I would recommend Seven Seas and definitely use their service in future.
