Great experience from start to end

What a great experience. The call center was always knowledgeable and helpful. The drivers on both ends were very friendly and helpful as well as the Jhb Warehouse staff that had to help us get into our cube before it left for the UK. Big smiles and can do attitude all round. The end to end process took place without any hickups. We were kept up to date and sent reminder emails for next steps. The tracker was also very helpful as we could see at all times where the ship was. The cube is sealed on the day it leaves your property and only opened up again at your destination when offloading. All our items were shipped in tact, no losses occurred. If you are immigrating, I would highly recommend them.
