Good experiences so far from quote to shipment.

Boxes haven't yet arrived on the other side yet, but I am reviewing my experience so far of the process.

Quote was easy to get and quite competitive. Prices were very transparent, and they warn you about clearance and other costs before you've paid. That is great!

Delivery of the flatpack boxes was well done and on time. It was nice of them to include a marker, tape and bubble wrap with the boxes which made the complete process smooth.

I moved my full-box collection day back as I had some last-minute packing to do, and their customer support were pretty helpful in that regard. They made me push it back an extra day from when I intended because they claimed there was a public holiday that day (but there was not), but other than that no issues with their customer support.

Collection of the full boxes were a bit of a mess. They were scheduled for 9-10am, I had to phone at 10am to ask if they were still coming and was told they would be there shortly. I then phoned again at 10;30 asking where they were and was given the same reply. Eventually, I was called back and told there was an issue. They eventually arrived about an hour later (and about 3 hours after original pickup window). Regrettable but I can look past it.

No issues since, and they even gave me the name of the ship my packages are on so I can track them. Very helpful
