Excellent service and helpful employees

Seven Seas made the stressful process of moving to France as easy as it could possibly be. I've used them twice and on both occasions I had to call customer care several times to reschedule my collections and deliveries and have more empty boxes delivered (due to my own ADHD-fuelled planning struggles), and every single time they were kind, helpful, and professional. Rescheduling was easy and painless, even when I called at 1am in a panic.

The tracking functionality on the website was extremely useful, and kept my anxiety in check. It was calming to see exactly where my possessions were at all times.

The drivers I dealt with both in South Africa and France were patient and helpful – they all went out of their way to assist me as much as they could within the permitted limits.

My possessions arrived almost entirely unscathed (only 3 small items broken, and I can blame them all on my own packing skills). Considering how many fragile things I shipped in my boxes, such as delicate drinking glasses and old, fragile porcelain items, I am amazed at how little damage there was. Boxes are clearly handled with care.

I have already recommended Seven Seas to other immigrants, and I will certainly use them if I need to ship anything again.
