DO NOT SEND YOUR GOODS WITH SEVEN SEAS, YOU WILL FIND YOUR ITEMS IN PIECES!
If I could rate lower than 1 star I would! My kitchen items were transported from South Africa to Ireland and arrived in absolute pieces!!! We immediately notified Seven Seas, they rep**** saying they would put us in touch with the insurers. The insurers got back to us and said because there was no damage to the boxes itself, they could not reimburse us for all our broken goods!!! I find this company utterly disgraceful, they are happy to take your money and send you boxes of broken goods!! Whatever you do, do not waste your hard earned money by sending your boxes with this company!!!

If your shipment had been badly treated in transit this would be shown in the condition of the boxes but they arrived in excellent condition. The damage was a result of the way they were packed, unfortunately. There is no satisfaction in this outcome, as we are sorry.
