Disappointed with the handling of cancellation.

These guys are a huge waste of time. After clearly reviewing their policy regarding car parts and making sure the goods I was shipping meets the requirements, I get told on the morning of the collection that the car rims cannot be shipped. I was also told that since the collection is booked, I will not be able to cancel and they will not refund my deposit of over R900.

I was also given their local number to call. A number which you stay on hold and feel yourself getting older. At this point I am not sure what to do, because I now have someone waiting patiently on Australia for parts that cannot be sent to him.
