BAD SERVICE, STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE

We used Seven Seas Worldwide for shipping from South Africa to Australia. They delivered all our goods completely damaged and broken and some boxes with half the stuff missing. They will refuse to take any responsibility whatsoever, because you did receive your boxes. Irrelevant in what state. They also argued that the boxes weren't damaged. Yes, the new boxes which was NOT the boxes we originally packed. And I do have photo proof of this. They also insisted to pack our glass artwork, bicycles and PC monitor. The PC monitor arrived in an oversized box, cracked and chipped in the corner and completely damaged. The glass artwork were packed IN THE SAME box as two steel framed bicycles. Glass artwork completely broken and paintwork on custom mountain bicycles scratched off by the broken glass pieces. Jockey and some parts of bicycles also bent. Half of the stuff we packed were re-packed and some pieces ******. Once again they do not take responsibilty. We also paid for increased insurance - what a ****!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

On the quote request I also specified for all our items to be collected on 27 December. When the time came for collection, they conveniently informed me that the warehouse is closed and that I should make alternative arrangements to have our boxes collected on 4 January. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Dear Estie, we provided boxes, bubble wrap and tape with packing instructions on the boxes. You elected to insure for loss of your shipment but not for damage. Our opening times are published on our quote. We regret your unhappiness with our service, please accept our apologies.
