Awful service, awful website, no concern for customer

Service seemed great at first, but then i had some problems and emailed requesting assistance; no response to my emails. I had a further problem in that when collection of my goods was scheduled I realised that no-one could be at home, so I phoned to try and resolve my issues. I dealt with an incredibly unhelpful agent who talked over almost everything that I said and told me that I "must assign someone to be there for the collection"! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told "No", very firmly, as "this is not company policy". I am now unable to resolve this issue, and have no choice but to cancel the shipment and lose my deposit.

Absolutely awful service.
