Assisting customers to carry the packages down to the stairs
I am living in an apartments where doesn't have elevators. I really need someone can carry the packages down the stairs for me as I am a female .

04 Aug 2022, 10:57Thank you for posting, our drivers will assist with moving boxes but only from the door way of the building. We are unable to assess every scenario for safety when our drivers are carrying 30kg boxes downstairs: lose carpet, wet tiles, the list is endless. Therefore, for their protection, our policy is that they will collect the boxes from the door of the building which is stated on our quote and our website. This is built on 25 years of operations.
