Poor Quality Uniform and Bad attitude

Settler's Store is the only store in our area that stocks Uniforms for the schools. A few days ago I called the store to find out if they have the white school shirts with the embroidered emblem, not the printed one. A lady called Erika said they do. When we went to purchase it, we were told by Babu that they do not have the embroidered emblems as it is too expensive. If I want those shirts they will be available at the end of 2016. I was forced to buy shirts with the printed emblem. Today I called again and was told again by Erika that the embroidered version is available. When I said that even though its available, why were we sold the printed emblem shirts, she then gave the phone to Babu? He was rude and vulgar and said that I must return the shirts and get it elsewhere. When I said that there is no where else to get it from, he said that I should not make my problem his problem. These shirts are of inferior quality & are over priced. After a month, the buttons fall off, the shirts are discolored and the emblem fades. The owners want larger profits so they outsource companies that can do it at a cheaper quality but at our expense.
