Lithium ion batteries for cheap 6kwh

Recently made a order on this amazing deal which offered x2 6kwh Lithium Ion batteries seemed unreal at first, I was assisted by the marketing guy Keth who was a very good assistant..Batteries arrived on time but till now batteries haven’t arrived, please assist
