Seth Joe acres....

Hi I'm very worried and disgusted by the accommodation at Seth Joe acres.... in the South.The rental payments are done at their offices through the window,with a receipt that's written in pen,and the monthly statements.not sure if the reason for this is because they don't want to pay sars or they don't want to be exposed at building is in very classy location but it's very untidy.It's very big building but no banking details for rent,this people really need to be investigated,while providing such a dirty place with cheap maintenance they stay in very neat place around the same location were their offices are also based.
