Issue with tiling work and after sale service

Problem with the tiling work: grunting issue on badly sealed tiles in some areas one month after installation on an open terrace. And the used tiles are extremely slippery when wet, making them unsafe to walk on barefoot — something I was not informed about beforehand.

After numerous reminders via WhatsApp and phones calls, Seton agreed to redo the poorly sealed areas. I paid for the new tiles myself. One month later, the same problem reappeared, with grunting dissolving in badly sealed areas.

Since then, he has not answered my WhatsApp messages. Not recommended — he is overloaded with work and his workers are not supervised. Poor workmanship.
