sassa gives us a call centre no. which u can never reach 20 working days in a row from 08;00 to 16:30 line it that possible cause covid 19 grant of R350 to people with no bank account has to have a OTP (ONE TIME PIN ) to access funds but every time you check status its approved but u can't access without OTP what is the delay .... I spoke to people with bank account has already got access to to R350 relief so wjat is the hold up
