BAD SERVICE

I have an issue where a payment was made for an order using PayJustNow but my order did not go through on the website. All I want is either for the order to be cancelled so I can order again or to for the order to be processed and be provided with the confirmation. But to my dismay I contacted Selsi on *** on two times the receptionist provided me with email addresses: *** & *** to send my query to but the emails are not going through. Please Selsi I need this matter sorted today either by giving me my money back or confirmation of the order this is simply unacceptable. This is really simple and straight foward.
