Serwalo Hair Academy is not a good hair salon.

Firstly I was told that I have ruined my hair and faces were pulled when I mentioned I bleached it at home. Yes i know I should'nt but you should make me feel welcome and that it is not the worst thing in the world. I went to you for help and never felt like I actually got it. Secondly the picture I showed of what I wanted was not what I got. Thirdly I was charged full price of an balyage colour when all they did was apply a 4cm of a little bit darker than my blonde colour to my roots. You should always feel welcome and like you belong in a hair salon with no judgement. I will never ever go back here and I hope no one else experiences this problem with them again.
