Terrible Service

<p>I've purchased an openview hd at Game Canal Walk on December the 17th 2016, Survisure were gonna install the satellite dish for me on Friday the 23rd, late Friday afternoon it started raining and I received a call to say my installation has been cancelled due to the rain, I confirmed with them that I will now be prioritized for Saturday morning. Saturday came and went but no one pitched, I phoned Servisure mid Saturday and they said they would phone me back, no one phoned back. Then Christmas came and all the public holidays, I patiently waited for someone to contact me, but nothing. I finally phoned them yesterday morning and as usual there response was rude and pathetic, I spoke to Bezel, first he wanted to know why I haven't phoned to let them know I haven't received the installation ( apparently they've got no clue as to what material gets issued for installations), then he wanted to know what I was looking for as you get different satellite dishes, but they had no issue taking my money in the shop and at that time they knew exactly what was needed to make the openview HD work. He then confirmed a booking for Friday the 6th of January, the driver phoned me 14h15 to say he is on his way, but doesn't have my address, I've only given it to the in store consulting and Bezel like 5 times, I text him my address and he only shows up three hours later, please don't make use of their services. Bad, bad, BAD.</p>
