terrible Samsung experience

<p>I was assured that when I purchase my new Samsung TV that I will get this awesoe white glove service. This was a major deciding factor on Samsung vs LG. I was so dissapointed to see a servisure bakkie in my driveway instead of a Samsung installer.</p> <p> </p> <p>The experience was terrible. The installer is a rookie who does not have any professional expereince to provide a white glove service. He was smelling of tabacco and left a mess in my house.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is what Samsung call white glove services, then they are worse than Hisense.</p>
