Your installation crew recently replaced out heat pump and electric air succer with a new heat pump and gas stove. I am writing to let you know that we thought the people who designed and installed the system were first rate. The system designer was Vikash (I think). He was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but he was also very accommodating. We appreciated his availability and his willingness to answer all of our questions (and we had many questions).Thanks again!
