Samsung Disaster

<p>Samsung needs to relook at their service partners if they are using the likes of Servisure as the premium partner for installations. I had an exceptional experience when buying my TV from the Samsung store and then it all fell apart with the disgusting service from servisure. the staff are incompitent and con artists. I will never buy a Samsung product again after this experience.</p>
