Poor service at its best!!!

<p>I bought a stove set about 5 weeks at Makro strubenvalley, upon by a Servisure consultant approached for a service of installing the entire store set of which I was keen on as I've used their services before. I filled in their forms and put on the correct installation address(9271 Lethoko street, Dobsonville) I then paid for the stove set and installation. I even mentioned it to them that the installation will have to done 2 weeks after the date of purchase, as the kitchen is still be renovated. Well, as promised, 2 weeks later I gave them a call to come install the set, the agent then came through on the 25th July 2016 but to the wrong address meaning the one on the form was overlooked. I then showed the installation agent my form which shows the right address and he promised he'll go the next day and he never pitched. 29 th July 2016 I called Servisure , the stove set was still uninstalled, I spoke to Melody and she kept on referring to the wrong address we corrected that again and assured me they'll come over the next. On the 30th I called confirming that the agent will come over, I spoke to Melanie and she said she was not aware of the installation can the agent come through on Monday the 1st August, of which I agreed to. On the 1st I called the agent he was not aware of the installation and couldn't come through because he was on the other side of town and it was getting late. The agent came on the 2nd and fitted the stove but did not complete the installation because his equipment broke down. It's the 4th of August the installation is still not completed!!! </p>
