No service whatsoever

<p>i'm having such a difficult time getting these people to come install cupboards I purchased along with the installation voucher a week ago. The lady I spoke to on a Monday assured me people would be at my house by Wednesday that same week...Wednesday came , nothing happened. Not a call explaining what happened either. I called around 4pm and they said they would call me back...24hours passed nobody called. I stayed home from work waiting for these no show losers. I called again Thursday and the lady tried to shake me off again, this time I resisted and she said she'll have the manager call me. The manager did not call me instead, she called me back with some sorry excuse about her installers phone being on voicemail and again assured me she would try get someone to my house by Friday. Today is Sunday , nobody has called, nobody has been to my house, no explanation for this either. This has caused such an inconvenience as I have nowhere to put my stuff as I have planned around the appointment I had originally been given. I want my money back because it seems these people just don't give a damn. They're unprofessional and a bunch of *****, I wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy. These people take their customers for granted. DO NOT GIVE YOU THEM YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING **** TO AND TAKE FOR A RIDE</p>
