Good service

Firstly I want to thank you for making an effort to assist me, given the situation that we discussed telephonically.. I always consider this good customer service.<br> <br> On 5 February 2016, Gregory came to my house to assist with the electrical switch on top of my gas stove. He left shortly after arriving to acquire a cover for the plug outlet, and only returned an hour later after I had phoned him to advise him of Hansie's arrival. <br> <br> I really enjoyed working with Hansie and his team. They arrived prepared with all relevant equipment. Hansie also made some recommendations on where the best and most economic place was to install the gas canister. They did a really good job and were very profesional. I really want to thank them for that. In future I would also recommend them specifically.<br> <br> Unfortunately, as part of the installation they did saw a hole in my cupboard door, which is unfortunate. Greater care in future will surely remedy this.
