Excellent Service

I would like complement Servisure for the excellent service we received from office personnel and the installers Brian and (sorry can't remember other guys name)

I phoned on Wednesday 12th Sept to ask when the Open View HD satellite dish will be installed after I purchased the Open View HD installation from Game in Cresta Friday 7th Sept and they assured me that it will happen the following week. So after I phoned on Wednesday 12th Sept I was told that the installation will happen Friday 14th Sept. The installation guys phoned me and said they are 30min away. They were very polite and work done was very neat and professional even when the drill bit struggled to go through the wall as it's a 70's build house with very thick and hard walls.

Brian also helped me to activate the Open View HD decoder - Now everything is working 100%
