Broken Promises Poor Service

I bought the installation a week ago i called ob Monday to query when installation will take place and was promised a call back nothing happened I ended up sending a email no response either. Called again on Wednesday and was asked to send through my details to arrange for installation the next day no one contacted me so I called again and finally Kyle contacted me and indicated installation will take place today Saturday im still waiting.

Very very poor servicr had i known it would take this long and me doing follow ups I would have gone else where.
