Lack of Communication and Change phone and address

I have bought house from Servimix Repossessed House. The guy called Hank have been communicating with me for weeks, all of the sudden, his phone are not available, changed address , don't reply my emails but I can see when reading my emails. To a follow potential buy, please don't buy houses from Servimix 17. I'm currently paying Loan for the house that I don't have and I might end up not getting it. Even his co-workers 's phone is available. The sound like ****.
