Betrayal and Poor service

Last year October 2014 I saw a bank repossessed house on Propety 24 by Servimix, I sent an enquiry showing interest, Willie Conradie responded and told me about the status of the house i.e there are ******* occupants in it. I understood and since I wasn't available that day I went all the way to view the property by myself. We agreed about the terms then I signed the application and attached all the necessary documents to it. The bond was approved by FNB and I signed with the allocated attorneys.<br> Servimix allowed and pushed for the registration to take place while they were siding with the occupants by not processing the eviction. I've been preaching to Willy about the eviction and he only falsely assured me by telling me that everything is under control. Now the Bond is Registered in my name, and FNB just debited me. Last week when the bank was confirming the date of debit I told them, Willy kept on false assuring me, Henk called and told me that they will give me the money that the bank will debit me. I believed, now that its pay day nobody is responding to my messages. I'm bankrupt and I have a pile of bills and the house is now been advertised online for a different price.
